By using AdhyanPoint, you confirm that:

• You are legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
• The information provided during registration is accurate and complete.
• You are authorized to manage and store information entered into the platform.

3. Account Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of login credentials.
• Restricting unauthorized access to their account.
• Ensuring all information entered into the platform is accurate.

AdhyanPoint is not responsible for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by user negligence.

4. Subscription and Payments

• Subscription plans and pricing may change from time to time.
• Premium features may be restricted if a subscription expires.
• Users are responsible for timely renewal of subscriptions.

5. Refund Policy

We strive to maintain uninterrupted service but do not guarantee that the platform will always be available or error-free.

9. Intellectual Property

All software, branding, designs, source code, and content remain the property of AdhyanPoint.

• You may not copy or reproduce the platform.
• You may not reverse engineer the software.
• You may not resell the service without written permission.
